Throwback Thursday

So I have missed quite a bit of Dylan's childhood. I see pictures of him and think to myself, man he keeps growing up :( Even over the past year he has grown up so much. When Dylan was born he was 2 lbs 10 oz. There is no doubt that he is a little miracle baby! I have seen pictures when we was born, and man was he TINY! We took him to the doctor the other day and they said that he is very very lucky that he has no problems being born so premature. I love this little boy more than words can describe! He is my little buddy! He can always make me smile! I love how everywhere we go he wants to hold my hand (Im glad thats still cool... for now). I love how he loves to cuddle with me- no better feeling in the world! I love that there are toys in my bathtub. I love the drawings and school work all over my fridge. I love his cute little pants, jammies, socks, shirts, etc. I love having kids toothpaste all over my sink. I love having to buy vitamin gummies for him. I love helping him (well holding his hand) while dad pulls out his loose teeth. I love watching him grow and learn. I love seeing the little man that he is becoming. I can't say that I love the pee all over the toilet seat, but we are working on that lol! All and all, I just love him! I am so lucky to be his mommy! I wouldn't trade anything! Here are some pics from when he is about 4 to current. I will have to get some older ones at another time. Enjoy :)

Birthdays :)

Its so fun that mine and Dylan's birthdays are exactly a week apart. This year we have him on his birthday, so we had to celebrate my birthday a week early. He was seriously so confused why we were celebrating my birthday a week early. When I explained to him that I wanted him to be there for my party he understood lol. When I told him we were going to have a combined party for the both of us, he got so giddy! We loved sharing our birthdays together! He was spoiled (as always) and will get the rest of his presents on his actual birthday. I got a digital camera (which I have wanted for years). I have a nice SLR, but it is so big to carry around. With my new point and shoot it will be so much more convenient. Thanks to all those that came! It was a great birthday party!

 He makes my heart melt!

 Trying out his new bike!
 And new scooter
 Our cake
 Happy Birthday to "You!"
 She LOVED the candles!

He was being silly and wouldn't take pictures, so this is the best we got
I may or may not have been grabbing my sexy husbands butt, I just cant help it ;)

Soccer

This year we signed Dylan up for soccer and it has been so fun to watch him! He is actually really good! His last game the coach from the other team came up and said that he's starting a competition team next year and wants Dylan to tryout. Dylan was the only kid that we saw him ask to tryout. We were so excited for him! We kept telling him how awesome it was that the coach asked, but we are still not sure he understands how cool that is. Dylan absolutely loves soccer and is loving playing!

I just love him!

He that is was the coolest thing that he got to be captain like Kyle Beckerman
He loves that his uniform says Real Salt Lake on it :)
I just adore that little boy!
Lets record Daddy taking a picture of us lol

Easter

We did not have Dylan on Easter Sunday this year, so we did his Easter egg hunt today (Wednesday). He was so excited, but said that the Easter bunny hid them too easy. Oops- you can blame me for that one lol. But I didn't know where to hide them! He loved his little Easter egg hunt, some of the eggs even had money in them :) He got a few nick-knacks, a star wars shirt, a USA soccer jersey, and 2 Grave Digger monster trucks. If you can recall from Monster Jam, Grave Digger was his favorite. He loved all of his Easter goodies. We hadn't seen him for 2 weeks because of spring break. Man was it so good to see him! I have pretty much held him all day- which he is totally fine with :) I sure do miss him when he is gone! Here are a few pics of my little man :)

Come Sail Away :)

So for our one year anniversary, we decided that we wanted to go on a trip somewhere. So we decided- what the heck?!? Lets just go on a 5 day Carribean cruise :) Yes thats right, 5 days in total relaxation! We will port at Cozumel, Mexico and the Grand Caymans. Just typing those two places makes me beyond excited! Ted has never been on a cruise, and this will be my 3rd. It is the only way to travel! Ted also has always wanted to go to Florida so we will stay 3 extra days to go explore Florida. We are beyond excited to go on this trip! We decided that this was pretty much our last chance to go before babies start coming, and once they arrive we won't have this chance again for quite some time. We are planning on trying to get pregnant when we get back from the cruise. One last hoo-rah before the babies come I guess lol! But needless to say we are very excited for this trip! Here are some pictures of where we will be going- yes, it is okay to drool a little bit :)
